Tending the Sacred Fire of Relationship
The nature of my support invites you to both root into your embodied, heart-centered inner knowing. I serve as a soul-centered somatic guide, mentor and witness as you deepen into this great journey of relationship. I hold a sacred container for you to return home to your bodies, connect with your hearts, remember your soul sparks, and explore with curiosity and presence where your sacred wounds are calling your attention, care, so that you can do the repair work while rooted in your wholeness. Sometimes our core wounds create the perfect storm that have the potential to take us down as a couple or ignite our deep courageous devotion to do the big work to transform and alchemize the stuck patterns into a life-flowing, life-feeding ways.
It is also a place for you to dream into and cultivate that which is important for you at this transitional threshold in your relationship.
This time is an opportunity to explore the inner terrains that are asking for your attention, to call on curiosity, deep sharing and deep listening. My intention is to support you both to cultivate and inspire a resilient foundation rooted in your wellness and wholeness as you continue to grow. My hope is that you gather greater access to your body~heart~soul connection on your own and together, develop new tools for communication for navigating through the many passageways of growth and becoming.

After 18 years of being together, 13 years married…. we have traveled down this wild, ass-kicking, gorgeous, growth-filled road of life together, humbling us, softening us, sharpening us and ultimately bringing us into an even more soulful, love-infused, devoted, passionate partnership.
We know that being married or in a devoted, soulful, embodied relationship is not easy! We also know that doing it alone is very likely impossible.
We are gathering couples in a community… to come out of the four walls of your homes, to connect, deepen, share, listen, learn, inspire and feed and tend the sacred fire.
